Eligible Refund & Replacement Cases

1. Product Specifications Not Met

Full Refund or Replacement if the account karma, age, or other specifications don't match what was advertised on our product page.

Timeframe: Report within 48 hours of delivery

2. Login or Access Issues

Full Refund or Replacement if you cannot:

  • Log in using the provided credentials
  • Change the password with the associated email address
  • Access the account due to technical errors on our end
Timeframe: Report within 48 hours of delivery
Requirement: You must attempt login from a clean IP address following our setup guide

3. Pre-Existing Shadowban (High Karma & Blank Accounts)

Full Refund or Replacement if the account was shadowbanned BEFORE you logged in.

How to Check: Visit https://old.reddit.com/user/[username] (replace [username] with your account name) BEFORE logging in for the first time.

Timeframe: Report within 48 hours of delivery
Important: Screenshot the shadowban status before logging in as proof

4. Shadowban After Following Our Guidelines (High Karma Accounts Only)

50% Refund if your high karma account gets shadowbanned despite following all our recommendations and usage guidelines.

Requirements:

  • You followed our IP address, browser, and device recommendations
  • You used proper proxies as recommended
  • You didn't spam or violate Reddit's terms
  • Report within 48 hours of shadowban detection
Note: This applies to high karma accounts only, not blank accounts

5. Pre-Existing Reddit Bans

Full Refund or Replacement if the account was banned by Reddit before delivery (site-wide ban, not subreddit-specific bans).

Note: Minor subreddit bans from our account aging process don't affect account quality and are not eligible for refunds. These bans are in small, irrelevant subreddits and don't impact the account's functionality.

6. Service Discontinuation

Full Refund if we discontinue a service you've already paid for.

Wallet Funds: If we stop providing services, wallet funds are refundable minus any bonus credits

Cases NOT Eligible for Refund

User-Related Issues

No refunds will be provided if:

  • You didn't follow our Usage Guidelines regarding:
    • IP address recommendations
    • Browser fingerprinting protection
    • Device switching protocols
    • Proper proxy usage
  • You engaged in spamming activities
  • You violated Reddit's Terms of Service or Content Policy
  • You used the account in a way that triggered Reddit's automated systems
  • You mixed accounts across devices or IPs improperly

Blank Accounts

No refunds for blank accounts due to their budget-friendly pricing and intended use case.

Why: Blank accounts are priced significantly lower because they're meant to be built up by the buyer. They require careful handling and proper warmup procedures.

Wallet Funds & Bonus Credits

  • Wallet funds are non-refundable except when we discontinue services
  • Bonus credits are never refundable under any circumstances
  • Promotional credits cannot be converted to cash
