50% Refund if your high karma account gets shadowbanned despite following all our recommendations and usage guidelines.
Requirements:
Full Refund or Replacement if the account was banned by Reddit before delivery (site-wide ban, not subreddit-specific bans).
Full Refund if we discontinue a service you've already paid for.
Wallet Funds: If we stop providing services, wallet funds are refundable minus any bonus credits
No refunds will be provided if:
No refunds for blank accounts due to their budget-friendly pricing and intended use case.
